Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Validation of sales reports, coupon analysis, supplier reconciliation, margin analysis, etc.
- Actively participate in Market Place system implementation projects.
- Timely report variance to key internal stakeholders.
- Ensure proper accrual is being maintained for the services availed and compile the same in balance sheet schedules.
- Prepare sales report or Ad Hoc reports for management to evaluate business performance.
- Prepare cash flow statements for the current month and the forthcoming months to ensure that at no point in time company faces a cash crunch and defaults in payments.
- Facilitate the audit of accounts by internal and external auditors. Examine the audit report in consultation with seniors and implement corrective action if required to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Preparation of monthly management reports.
- Conduct periodic counts of fixed assets and trading inventory to ensure its availability and fair valuation.
- Assist inventory management – preparation of the stock report, variance analysis. regional stock transfer, staff sales, etc.
