Job Duties and Responsibilities:
and F&B Manager and suggests the selling price.
Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.
Daily reports, day to day stores administration
Ensure that the checked and finalized Production, Outlets, Kitchen, Main Store & Warehouse inventories are entered into the master list.
On the basis of the figures acquired from month to date revenues, cost the inventories, and on other adjusted figures received from the accounting department, prepare monthly reports of Food & Beverage for Restaurant.
To ensure that Food & Beverage inventories are entered adjusted variance report was send to all the location head chef & manager to analysis the variances.
Preparation of required New Food & Beverages recipe costing.
To ensure and monitor that all the Menu items have Recipes updated in system and the same are correctly linked to the list of ingredients and followed on actual basis in kitchen.
To conduct recipe spot checks on actual to control and monitor the misuse of ingredients by maintaining the level of product quality.
