About The Role
The role will provide a high level of administrative and project management support to the finance department and serves as a liaison to the business. Handle the day-to-day departmental activities including scheduling, filing, and following up with various stakeholders. The role includes the preparation of analytical reports and presentations as well as financial reconciliations as required. Act as the key point of contact for various auditors, and other third parties.
About You
Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Finance or a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with experience in administrative roles. You treat all information received as highly confidential. Your excellent organizational skills and thorough follow-through procedures will help you to remain on top of your task list. Great communication skills, your eye for detail, and a sense of urgency are key to be successful in this role.
