About The Role
The role will work closely with the Manager, Account Payable to ensure accuracy and completeness of all payments in a timely manner. You will ensure all receiving records and invoices are accurately matched on a timely basis, reviewed, and processed in Accounts Payable. Ensure monthly vendor reconciliations are completed and resolve any reconciling items. You will be exposed to various aspects of finance and build relationships with different departments within the Resort and key players in the industry.
About You
Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Finance or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. You must have extensive experience working with Microsoft Office tools and a good business sense with an operational focus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential to be successful in this role.
