Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Handle all accounting transactions.
- Prepare payroll and process payouts.
- Prepare documents needed for tax reports.
- Process payments for suppliers and third-party vendors.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Identify and address discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Reconcile accounting records, which include but not limited to supplier billed orders and invoices, incoming funds records, financing company records, bank accounts, and credit card statements.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
