Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Updating all additions & deductions for payroll.
- Leave settlements & air ticket encashment.
- Gratuity and leave salary provision calculation for finance monthly.
- Payroll process & coordination with finance.
- Personal action form inputs into the HRMS.
- Employee master updates.
- Assist in providing full offboarding assistance in completing exit formalities for departed employees.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
