Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Immediately available to join the job.
• Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team.
• Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a collection is done on a timely basis.
• Reconciling of external customer accounts monthly.
• Reconciling of related parties accounts monthly.
• Preparing sales team incentive and commission calculation.
• Following up with the sales team for collection.
• Creating business partners and inquiries in the system.
• Posting of customers’ payment by recording cash, checks, and credit transactions.
• Preparing management reports related to accounts receivables.
• Advance understanding of general accounting procedures.
• Advance understanding of bank entries, and payment allocations.
• Excellent communication skills utilized in resolving customer queries.
• Sound knowledge of collection and claims procedures.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
