Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Immediately available to join the job.
• Collection and recording of cash payment and receipts.
• Compile and analyze financial information and documents to prepare books of accounts and finalization using Tally software.
• Handling and preparation of petty cash vouchers and journal vouchers.
• Bills receivable follow up and managing company banking transactions
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss account, and other reports.
• Inventory checking and valuation and submit reports to management.
• Proper follow up with auditor and tax filing.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
