Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Immediately available to join the job.
  • Providing up-to-date information about products and services to the customers.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, communication via WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients over phone calls, social media, emails, and face-to-face.
  • Assistance in the organization and conduction of such events as workshops, camps, etc.
  • Participation in internal educational events, training, and meetings.
  • Keeping the record of all queries in CRM.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts.
  • Meeting and exceeding the sales target.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
