Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Immediately available to join the job.
  • Develop operational and strategic business plans.
  • Preparation of reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Preparation of sales analysis, food, and beverage cost reports, monthly management accounts.
  • Annual budget preparation as per business unit with quarterly updated rolling forecasts.
  • Ensure all businesses and assets under your control are at all times properly insured through a reputable insurance company.
  • Strive to build a team culture by working together with the respective business.
  • Department heads in support of their strategies to achieve the business plan.
  • Provide leadership to your finance team members.
  • Overseeing and control of the purchasing department.
  • Use industry experience and initiative to identify areas for cost-cutting and/or revenue improvement.
  • Keep track and ensure on-time vendor correspondence.
  • Prepare a report on any variances to the concerned department heads.
  • Assist financial Controller with completing the year-end audit process.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
  • The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
