HR Executive

A well-known Dubai based company is looking for HR Executive.

Company Name: Happy Holidays, Dubai

Qualification:  

• MBA (Human Resource)
• M.com
• BBA

Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in HR.

Job Descriptions:   

1. Must be Fluent in English.
2. Must be Immediately available to Join.
3. Develop the competency-based interview process.   
4. Support the hiring manager on job description and evaluation of salary range etc.
5. problem-solving and analytical skills. Maintain the tracking system for applicants.
6. Promote positive culture and support all the employees in any job-relevant concern.
7. Must have the ability to manage work independently.  

Salary Range: (3,500 AED - 5,000 AED)
