HR Executive – Job (Dubai)

Company Name: Burhani Glass Factory LLC, Dubai.

Qualification: 

  • MBA (Human Resource)
  • M.com
  • BBA

Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in HR.

Job Descriptions: 

  1. Must be Fluent in English.
  2. Must be Immediately available to Join.
  3. Develop the competency-based interview process. 
  4. Ability to play an active role in the day to day Human Resource operations.
  5. Support employees with development and reward-based strategies.
  6. Support the hiring manager on job description and evaluation of salary range etc.
  7. problem-solving and analytical skills. Maintain the tracking system for applicants.
  8. Promote positive culture and support all the employees in any job-relevant concern.
  9. Must have the ability to manage work independently.

Salary Range: (3,000 AED – 4,000 AED)
