HR Manager – Job (Dubai)

Qualification:  

• MBA (Human Resource)
• M.com

Experience: 5 – 8 years of experience in HR Function.

Job Descriptions:       

1. Maintain the tracking system for applicants.
2. Ability to play an active role in the day to day Human Resource operations.
3. Develop the competency-based interview process.
4. Develop a clear methodology for Return on investment tracking and evaluation of spending on advertisement.
5. Support employees with development and reward-based strategies.
6. Lead the employee survey process semi-annually.
7. Lead the development of HR policies and ensure if any development required in existing policies.
8. Support the hiring manager on job description and evaluation of salary range etc.
9. problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Develop professional and organized Human Resource service to every employee or job-seeking applicant.
11. Promote positive culture and support all the employees in any job-relevant concern.
12. Must be Fluent in English.
13. Must be Immediately available to Join.
14. Must be able to manage work.
15. problem-solving and analytical skills.
16. Ability to supervise juniors.
17. Ability to plan and schedule the work.
18. Self-motivated person.
19. Team player.
20. Must have the ability to manage work independently.

Salary Range: (8,000 AED – 9,000 AED)
