Overview Of The Role

We are currently seeking skilled and results-oriented Service Advisors to join our Toyota team in Fujairah. The Service Advisor is the representation of the brand and division to the customer. This role maintains customer relations to ensure an end-to-end engaged Aftersales customer journey, leading to revenue achievement and customer retention.

What You Will Do

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Achieve financial objectives by upselling and discount control to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Actively engage with customers through consultation on their needs and service requirements, ensuring the vehicle is fixed right the first time.
  • Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure timely progress updates of the vehicle to customers, maintaining the on-time-delivery commitment5.
  • Provide detailed explanations of all work performed and costs associated with repairs at the time of vehicle delivery.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints to satisfactory closure, sustaining and improving Customer Service Value and Net Promoter Scores.
  • Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, Company policies, and Distributor Programs to ensure consistency in the customer experience.

Required Skills To Be Successful

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
  • Technically proficient with product and process. Provides up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
  • Excellent customer service, willing to go the extra mile.
  • Strong English communications skills, Arabic speaker an added advantage!

About The Team

The Service Advisor will work closely with the Reception Manager, Aftersales Managers, and Workshop Teams. This role is crucial for achieving budgeted service and other sales revenue targets every month. The Service Advisor also plays a crucial role in obtaining optimum scores in the Principal’s (TMC) dealer clinic activities.

What Equips You For The Role

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
  • Good teamwork and the ability to work extended hours to achieve targets and deliver on customer commitments.
