About the Role – Support Finance Manager in preparation of financial reporting of subsidiaries and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Related party transaction.
  • Receivables.

1. Monthly Monitoring of receivables aging of subsidiaries.

2. Highlighting the overdue amount with comments.

3. Update calls with subsidiaries for recovery of overdue amount.

  • Analysis of subsidiaries’ financial statement.
  • Checking of info/data registers.
  • Checking of subsidiaries’ budget.
  • Taxation of subsidiaries i.e. Egypt, Algeria and Senegal.
  • E-forms & regulatory return.

1. Prepare of subsidiaries data for receivable.

2. Prepare of TPs of subsidiaries.

3. Prepare investment data of subsidiaries.

Qualifications – Bachelor Degree in Finance.
