What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of Beauty JV portfolio. This role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in shaping financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Develop and oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, to support decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare management reports, board presentations, and investor updates.
  • Oversee compliance with tax, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Risk Management:
  • Assess financial risks and implement controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Monitor cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to support operations.
  • Oversee internal audits and external audit processes as needed.
  • Systems & Processes:
  • Drive efficiency by improving financial systems, tools, and processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline cross-functional workflows.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial operations.

Qualifications: What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in finance or accounting,
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Experience in Luxury Retail is a plus.
