Overview
As a Senior Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
- Working strategically with the leadership team to drive the growth of the business
- Developing a strong internal and external network to support business development
- Taking responsibility in managing a key client portfolio; building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Taking the lead on dealing with large, technically complex clients
- Supporting the Audit Partner in the running of the team
- Negotiating client fees per engagement as appropriate
- Involved in the interview process for new hires joining the team

- 8+ years of External Audit experience in a top international firm
- Professionally qualified (ACA, CPA, ACCA)
- Strong experience auditing Financial Services institutions, particularly Banks
- Confident in IFRS, internal controls, and consolidation of financial statements
- Experience working on complex audits and delegating workloads accordingly
- Comfortable using audit software and Microsoft packages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- A passion for business development and a desire to be involved in developing a strategy for the team
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical skills and networking skills required
- Willingness to work additional hours and travel as needed
