Job Purpose

Provide support to the respective HR Business Partner (HRBP) to ensure effective and efficient HR support, advice, consultation, and guidance is delivered to business unit. The role is responsible to implement initiatives in alignment with Business Unit’s and HC Department’s strategies.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Relevant experience working in a similar role for at least 5+ years.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources / Psychology or closely related discipline.
  • Experience in luxury retail or related customer service industry would be an advantage.
  • Strong reporting skills (PowerBI or equivalent).
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Fluent/Native English – Verbal & Written.
  • Personality – empathetic, diligent, open.
