As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.

Key Accountabilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Preparation of monthly MIS.
• Analyze financial performance and variances against budgets and forecasts.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting process and assist in financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather input and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Financial Modeling:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.

Performance Measurement:

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from financial data and support strategic initiatives.
• Identify trends and patterns that inform business strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with other departments (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Sales) to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Communicate financial results and insights to stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist with audits and regulatory filings as needed.

Mentorship and Leadership:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Accountants and finance team members.
• Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.

To join our team, you will have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Professional Qualification such as ACCA/ CA / CPA is a must.
• Experience: Several years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Language skills:

• English.
• Any other language is desirable.
