If you are ready to apply your strong Finance Business Partnering skills and take the leading role in setting and executing the Finance agenda in our Rest-of-MENA (RoM) market cluster, then you could be the person we are looking for to fulfil the position as Senior Finance Manager – Rest-of-MENA.

In this position, you will be located in regional HQ in Dubai, UAE, from where you will be managing a small Finance team (direct and in-direct reports) covering our businesses in Kuwait, Iraq and Lebanon, as well as our Distributor Sales business unit. You will have direct reporting line to Head of Finance in the Region and be a key member of the MENA Finance community. Furthermore you will have a dotted line to the VP and Head of RoM, and be part of the RoM Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role

You will take the lead in driving the finance agenda in our RoM cluster, and responsibilities will include (but is not limited to)

  • Driving the commercial performance dialogue including; development of reporting, dashboards, profitability analysis, performance review meetings, etc.
  • Taking full ownership of the Monthly Closing and Financial Forecast Processes
  • Lead your team and support them in driving the Business Partnering agenda towards the RoM Management team and the commercial organization
  • Ensuring transparency on the Financial Performance of our JVs and securing continuous optimization of our business models
  • Being a key player in defining and driving efficiency initiatives across the business by creating financial transparency and facilitating business cases
  • Working closely with the local Accounting teams to ensure efficient processes and compliance with Arla Accounting standards
