Overview Of The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager – Research, Analysis & Projects to join our Finance team. This role will support the General Manager Finance with corporate budgeting, financial diligence for multidimensional areas/companies, and strategic projects. The position is based in Dubai and is part of our Automotive division.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the preparation of budgets in conjunction with the commercial business department
  • Control and monitor operating budgets, investigating variances where necessary
  • Manage and maintain month-end actual reporting process, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning submissions
  • Collaborate with Group Finance and Automotive Financial Planning & Analysis in planning the Budget/Forecast process and calendar
  • Review budgets by LE (Latest Estimate) (Profit & Loss and Cash Flow) and Profit Centre for Group Functions, Division Functions, BUs within existing Divisions, and Incubated Businesses
  • Support budget challenge reviews and define the budget cost recharges and allocation framework
  • Support management reporting process, cadence, and overall framework
  • Conduct periodic business performance reviews and support the controlling functions for various companies
  • Support the development of strategic plans, projects, and their financial implications
  • Perform analysis and prepare standalone and aggregated periodic management reports
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in understanding/challenging recharges and cost allocation

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Qualified in Finance, Accounting, or business MBA
  • More than 7 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP BPC
  • Excellent project management skills
