Overview

We are hiring for Senior Customer Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The role reports to Head of Operations.

The role: Oversee end-to-end policy operations, focusing on policy management and customer accounting. The individual will coordinate efforts between the Policy Implementation and Customer Accounting departments, ensuring seamless collaboration. Key responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with front-line staff, brokers, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction. This role is instrumental in managing DSO and aging balances effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the timely issuance of policies and invoices to ensure prompt delivery and accuracy.
  • Follow up on invoice payments to ensure they are received and processed efficiently.
  • Conduct performance reconciliation between front-line staff and clients to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, and authorize brokerage commission payments to support ongoing partnerships.
  • Oversee and supervise direct debit transactions and payment allocations to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not a must) in Accounting, Finance, Banking or related field
