Overview

What You’ll Be Doing: As a key member of the Ecommerce commercial team, you’ll manage the day-to-day relationship with our e-concession partners, ensuring strong alignment across product, commercial, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for selected e-concessions, ensuring alignment on priorities and smooth day-to-day operations
  • Analyse brands trade performance, identify growth opportunities, and communicate insights internally and externally
  • Plan and execute end to end digital campaigns in collaboration with the brands and internal creative and marketing teams
  • Work cross-functionally with wider teams including studio, digital merchandising, and creative to ensure products go live on time, receive proper onsite visibility, and are actively supported across marketing and content channels
  • Liaise with operations and retail concessions teams to streamline processes and ensure a seamless customer experience

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Commercial and analytical mindset
  • Experience working within an ecommerce retail business, partnering with brands
  • Experience within a fashion or accessories business
  • Experience with Stakeholder relationships and the ability to communicate effectively and present data
  • Team player and roll up your sleeves mentality
  • Ability to multi-task
