Senior Accountant

Overview

Mileo Hotel Management is seeking a highly skilled – Senior Accountant – to lead and elevate our accounting operations in Dubai. Join our dynamic finance team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
– Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
– Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
– Support audit processes and collaborate with external auditors.
– Lead a team, ensuring continuous improvement in policies and procedures.

Required Expertise:

– 7+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
– Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle Netsuite, and strong analytical skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA, CMA, CPA preferred).
– Expertise in financial reporting, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.
