Position: Senior Accountant

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Qualification
Proficiency in Excel – Must
Communication skills
Bachelor’s degree ( Accounts / Finance)
4 Plus years Work experience as an Accountant( Prefer Distribution & Trading).
Experience with general ledger functions.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
CPA preferred

Responsibilities:
Prepare sales and collections on daily basis and submit to Finance Manager.
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Support month-end and year-end close process
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
Assist with tax audits and VAT returns.
Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
Handling Letter of Credit (L/C), Cash against document (CAD)
Inventory & AR aging reports review
Handling Intercompany Transactions
Daily Review of all Purchase and Sales transactions and make sure required documents are attached in the system to meet legal compliances
Bank reconciliation
Fund flow and cash flow planning
Monthly expenses and provisions
VAT Report preparation, submission, and filing
Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
Research and analyze expense variances for company management

Salary will be discussed subject to the experience.
