Role Overview:

7th Key Development is seeking experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial planning, reporting, and management within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of real estate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.

• Prepare financial forecasts, budgeting, and cash flow analysis for projects and overall operations.

• Analyze financial risks and opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for financial audits and reports.

• Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operations and projects.

• Evaluate potential investment opportunities and financial feasibility of new projects.

• Optimize cost control measures and financial efficiency in real estate transactions.

• Supervise the accounting team in managing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.

• Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and proper financial record-keeping.

• Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring professional growth and efficiency.

• Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Operations, and HR, to align financial goals.

• Report financial performance to senior leadership and provide insights for decision making.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA is a plus).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and investment analysis.

• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
