Role Overview:

The successful candidate will lead our SSC team, ensuring efficient end-to-end service delivery to IFZA customers by managing daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks, adhering to policies, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and grow the SSC strategy.
  • Manage customer relationships and financial packages.
  • Develop procedures in line with internal controls.
  • Mentor the team towards full policy compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure IFRS standards adherence and manage various projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/IFRS certified preferred).
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience with ERP systems (ZOHO preferred) and Microsoft Office.
