Sales Team Leader

· Achievement of individual sales, Invoice, EW, Accessories/ Productivity targets

· Providing Solutions to Customer’s Queries/Requirements

· Thorough knowledge of products in his/her department

· My Area My Responsibility (MAMR)

· Maintain the display logic, planogram & placards

· Perpetual Inventory Count

· Cleanliness of area of responsibility

· Managing brand promoters under his/her assigned team/ department

Requirements:· Minimum Qualification – Graduation or Equivalent

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Electronics Retail Sales

· Proven experience in a retail sales role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Leadership and team management experience is highly desirable.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.

· Knowledge of the products or services offered in the store.

· Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

· Organizational skills and attention to detail.
