Job Title: Sales Executive – Automobile Conversion Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Executive with a background in the automobile industry, ideally with experience in automobile conversions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive sector, with a solid understanding of 4×4 vehicles, conversion processes, and industry-specific requirements. This role requires a professional with a strong sales acumen, capable of building and managing relationships with clients to drive growth. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the automobile conversion business.

– Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, focusing on 4×4 vehicle conversions and other specialized projects.

– Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ requirements and recommend tailored conversion solutions.

– Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, presentations, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.

– Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with clients’ specifications and expectations.

– Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity.

– Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to promote products and services.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within the automobile industry, with preference for candidates experienced in the automobile conversion industry.

Technical Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of automobile systems, with technical knowledge of 4×4 vehicles as a strong advantage.

Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients and close sales effectively.

Customer-Oriented: Capable of identifying client needs and delivering outstanding customer service.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
