Overview

Job Purpose

  • This role plays a critical role in supporting the closure of all sales transactions thereby ensuring efficiency & compliance in the sales processes, reviewing customer and sales data thereby contributing to the overall productivity of the sales function.

Key Tasks

  • Documents Review : Ensure customer documentation and payments received for every sales transaction comply with sales policy, sales processes and AML regulations.
  • Customer Screening : Ensure all customers (primary and joint) are satisfactorily screened and cleared for purchase by the corporate compliance team.
  • DOA adherence – Ensure any deviation from the sales process is supported by approval in accordance with the DOA.
  • Payment Collections – Payment reminders must be dispatched as per agreed SLA’s for all outstanding payments. All payments collected must be promptly recorded, receipted and immediately submitted for clearance.
  • Default Management – Make follow up calls to recover outstanding dues. Take appropriate actions including negotiations and escalations to ensure payment collections in accordance with the payment targets.
  • Issuance of property agreements and addendums – Ensure all Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Addendums issued are in the format approved by Legal and through the company’s authorized CRM system. Issue agreements within the agreed SLA’s.
  • Sales Process Optimization – Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of current processes and recommend improvements. Assist in development & implementation of sales processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Sales & Customer Data : Maintain accuracy of customer data and selections in the CRM system.
  • Resales: Ensure policy compliance while processing primary and secondary re-sales transactions.
  • Custodianship : Ensure sales operations team is the custodian of all customer documents, SPAs and important approvals related to every sale.
  • Systemization Support: Support and continuously enhance automation of all operational transactions for greater efficiency.
  • Cross-function collaboration : Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams i.e. Finance, Legal, Development, IT, CRM to ensure support and alignment on sales KPIs and targets. Collaborate with cross functional teams to also address and resolve customer requests and complaints and deliver of joint initiatives. Participate in team meetings and contribute towards strategic discussions and enhancements.
  • Objective setting & Performance Reviews: Works with line manager to set clear and smart objectives for self and discuss progress, areas of improvement with line manager in accordance with Human Capital policy.

Minimum Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s degree at Business Administration or any relevant field
Minimum 1-2 Years of Real Estate Developer experience in the role
