Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Generate ad-hoc reports for the Sales Operations Department to provide timely and relevant insights.
- Identify process gaps within the sales operations and develop effective solutions to streamline workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to Sales Administrators to help improve day-to-day operational challenges.
- Compile and deliver weekly and monthly reports for the Sales Operations Department tailored to their specific needs.
- Actively engage in all sales operation-related tasks to drive improvements and enhance overall efficiency.
- Execute launch preparations according to the checklist provided by the Operations Department, collaborating with the Strategy, Salesforce, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Assist the Sales Strategy team in the preparation of promotions and offers to support sales initiatives.
- Support the Sales Strategy team in pricing and strategy-related activities to optimize sales performance.
- Coordinate with the Development team to assess and address sales-related impacts on product development.
- Assist the VP in System/process enhancements meetings within Salesforce CRM to prioritize tasks from Sales, Resales, Compliance and Sales Performance teams.
- Contribute to Salesforce task testing and deployment in each sprint deliverable.
- Address and resolve any queries from Sales Managers and Sales Heads in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with Customer Management, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to streamline operations and improve cross-functional communication and processes.
- Assist the VP in building BI dashboards and prepare weekly performance reports as instructed
Skills required:
- Proficient in data analysis using advanced XL and BI reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform and experience in testing and deployment processes.
- Advanced knowledge of report generation and data visualization tool.
- Strong problem-solving skills, Good Communications and Interpersonal Skills
- Understanding of pricing strategies, Knowledge of real estate industry is preferred
