About the job

As a Sales Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and marketing teams. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and assisting with marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

  • Manage sales pipelines and track deal progress.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and reporting.
  • Coordinate with customers to address inquiries, deliveries and resolve issues.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Assist with the content required for marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies
  • Support social media and content marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (preferred).
