About the job
As a Sales Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and marketing teams. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and assisting with marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
- Manage sales pipelines and track deal progress.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and reporting.
- Coordinate with customers to address inquiries, deliveries and resolve issues.
Marketing Coordination:
- Assist with the content required for marketing campaigns.
- Prepare marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies
- Support social media and content marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing coordination role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (preferred).
