Autobahn Industries is looking forward to setting up its presence in Dubai, UAE.
We are starting to build our team for our new facility. Starting the search with an Experienced Sales Manager whose responsibilities are listed below. Criteria for selection are also listed below.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Manager is responsible to develop strong relations with our customers. Developing new customers and meeting their needs and requirements.
- Responsible for selling Handling Tools/Rig floor Equipment and new developing mud handling tools in the UAE region.
- Setting up a new team as per requirement and establishing systems for increasing growth of the company.
- Establishing new sales techniques, systems.
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making presentations; understanding account needs and requirements.
- Must be available for customer calls on weekends and after hours.
- Forecast revenues.
- Determine market share.
- Close sales by building rapport with a potential account(s); technically explaining products and services capabilities to address customer’s needs/requirements; overcoming objections; preparing and negotiating contracts.
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
- Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strict follow up procedures.
- Provide strategies and action plans to increase market share and develop new customers.
- Qualify customer objections and determine appropriate action when handling customer complaints.
- Managing and setting upcoming Expos.
- Meeting new clients and explaining the products to increase sales.
Day To Day Responsibilities:
- Calls on established and prospective customers maintain contacts with customers in relation to their requirements.
- Responsible for securing and renewing orders and other sales/account requirements.
- Maintains and develops sales programs within the territory based on customer requirements.
- Communicates competitive market trends with recommendations for Pricing and Agreements for assigned customers.
- Contributes to a continuing positive and efficient working relationship within the Division as well as with customers through the maintenance of an efficient, cooperative, and accurate effort that achieves customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for Master Service Agreements (MSA) and pricing agreements with customers, supervising all executive administrative support, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Engineering stream.
- 3+ years’ of sales experience in Oil & Gas is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
