Responsibilities:
- Close sales to meet individual and team quotas, contributing to company business objectives.
- Manage named accounts within a specific region or geography for particular products or product sets.
- Maintain relationships with key clients at the senior management or executive level.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends and articulate key areas of opportunity.
- Support retention, sales, and marketing initiatives within the region.
- Assist Senior Sales Executives in closing deals and conducting status and strategy meetings with customers’ senior management.
- Respond to escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management with a track record of meeting quotas and objectives.
- Ability to identify and articulate market opportunities and strategic solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships at senior levels.
- Excellent communication in English and negotiation skills.
