Overview of the role:

Collaborating with the Accessories Manager to attract over 100 customers each month, helping achieve monthly and annual sales targets as well as penetration goals.

What you will do:

  • Sales Targets : Ensuring Monthly Targets are Achieved as per the budget. Managing and responsible for all the sales Documentation and Invoicing.
  • Product Management : To support the sales achievement by developing new products for accessories. Conceptualize and develop new Accessories from ideation to launch, ensuring they align with customer expectations.
  • Stakeholder management: Work with SVD Workshop and keep updating the customer, ensure the delivery timelines are met as per the commitment to customer.
  • Stock Monitoring
  • Ensure compliance of HSSE standard.

Required Skills to be successful:

  • Sales and Product development experience in Automotive Accessories
  • Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices
  • Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products
  • Effective focus on customer communication and retention

About the Team:

This role reports to the Accessories Product Manager and you will be an individual contributor interacting with multiple stake holders.
