Overview of the role: To promote, market, and sell SDLG construction equipment products. The role focuses on achieving revenue, unit sales, and customer engagement targets through efficient sales processes, increasing customer retention, and ensuring an effective distribution strategy.
What you will do:
- Identify and target new customers and sales opportunities.
- Initiate and execute action plans to secure new business for the division.
- Manage customer requirements for on-time delivery, considering lead times and product specifications.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts.
- Handle every stage of the sales process independently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Required skills to be successful:
- Proven experience with distributor and dealer sales.
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of power products and effective territory management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

What equips you for the role:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
