About the job
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:
- Assist the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries, processing proposals, and maintaining client databases.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of events and group bookings.
- Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and reports for the sales team.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure their requirements are met throughout the booking process.
- Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials.
- Support the sales team with client follow-ups, contract renewals, and general coordination.
What We need from you:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is also necessary.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a customer-oriented attitude.
