Overview

As the Regional Financial Controller, you will oversee the timely closing and reporting of financial activities, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. Your expertise will ensure high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, empowering the business to meet its goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate cost control and effective performance monitoring across all regions.
  • Oversee consolidation of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, while managing key financial metrics like FX impact, risk analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Support and advise senior management with financial modeling, ad-hoc analysis, and strategic business decisions to drive performance improvements.
  • Enhance financial reporting processes for better efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven insights.
  • Manage financial compliance, planning, and forecasting, and execute routine deviation analysis in SAP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth audits, tax compliance, and financial reviews.
  • Lead initiatives for digitalizing finance processes and improving the reporting and closing cycle.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely completion with a high level of accuracy.

What You’ll Need – Skills, Experience, and Mindset:

  • A University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of +5 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role, with a strong focus on project and cost accounting (IFRS).
  • Expertise in SAP, specifically in FI-CO and CO-PA modules.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial operations, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic judgment, with a focus on business development and driving improvements across teams.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with a high proficiency in Excel.
