A glimpse of your typical workday

We’re looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. If you enjoy interacting with people and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

• Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcomed and assisted.
• Answer and route phone calls efficiently and professionally.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Keep the reception area neat and well-organized.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.

What will make you stand out

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
