Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. This role requires collaboration with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and cost-effective project completion.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
• Manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Provide regular financial updates and support cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out.
• Proficient in cost management software and strong analytical skills.
