We are Hiring” Procurement Executive” for Al Yousuf Group !!
– Experience : 2 -3 years of UAE Experience is must !!
– 𝑪𝑨𝑵𝑫𝑰𝑫𝑨𝑻𝑬𝑺 𝑺𝑯𝑶𝑼𝑳𝑫 𝑩𝑬 𝑪𝑼𝑹𝑹𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑳𝒀 𝑨𝑽𝑨𝑰𝑳𝑨𝑩𝑳𝑬 𝑰𝑵 𝑼𝑨𝑬 !!
· Coordinating with Suppliers for price inquiries, availability, order placement and estimated time of delivery.
· Coordinating with couriers and logistics team for shipment arrangement and tracking the deliveries/shipments.
· Coordinating with sales staff for the requested price and availability.
· Ensure timely processing of orders and updating estimated time of arrival to sales staff.
· Performing system stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor/head of the department.
· Analyzing demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
· Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
· Performing initial stock ordering of parts for New Model Unit.
· Supplier’s payment memo processing.
· Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
· Provide insights and recommendations to management to improve purchasing/inventory processes and procedures.
Requirements :
· Proven experience as Procurement Executive, Purchaser or in similar roles.
· Excellent knowledge of Procurement management and Supply Chain.
· Understanding of Procurement management practices.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
· Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
