- Manage daily operations to meet budget, scope, and schedule.
- Monitor progress and address issues proactively.
- Lead and mentor teams, set goals, and drive performance.
- 7-10 years in project/operations management in the interior design or fit-out industry.
- Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or Business (Master’s a plus).
