About The Opportunity
You will work closely with the Sales Manager to assist with the following tasks:
- Provide administrative support for sales projects, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communication among team members.
- Assist in sales processes including lead generation and sales onboardings.
- Maintain, update, and gather all documents required during sales and onboarding processes databases and end-to-end sales processes, keeping records organized and accessible.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deadlines, sending reminders and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Supporting all account communications including, general announcements, contract sending, and account follow-ups.
What you need to be successful
- Exceptional organizational skills, with an eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in GSuite (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.) and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is essential. Experience with Salesforce is preferable
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment, is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
