Operations Administration – Post Product Options

We are primarily looking for a young and energetic candidate who has supply chain knowledge and will effectively control the centralised daily operations activities for vehicle fitment operations.
Post Product Options are the additional accessory and part fitments to a vehicle which have come from a factory.
Responsibilities: Administration Reporting and Co-ordination:
- First Point of contact for PPO operations & supply chain activities.
- Responsible to maintain Inventory for Parts & Accessories etc.
- Communicate with Operations, Client & Suppliers to coordinate schedules.
- Report Daily Plan Vs actual for PPO fitments.
- Compile Weekly reports for PPO (Post Product Options).
- Capturing monthly KPl’s for management.
- Create, update databases and records of financial information for the finance department.
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations when needed.
- Coordinates and maintains meeting schedules as per the requirement.
- Collect, check, confirm Outsource sign on sheets.
- Gather quotes for procurement items for the department.
- Prepare quotations for customer enquiries.
- Assist with the ordering of parts and process orders for payment.
- Responsible for Customer Billing.
- Assist Manager and Supervisors with any operations and administrative requests.
- All relevant and issued PPE is always worn.
- Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedure.
- Ensure stock accuracy and facilitate stock counts as / when required.
Qualifications: Education and Experience:
- Graduate In Supply Chain /Logistics.
- Diploma/ Higher Certificate in Supply Chain Management/Logistics.
- Computer Literate in MS Office, Applications.
- Must be pro-active.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal, Organisational and analytical skills.
- Worked in the logistics/supply chain environment for 1 – 2 years.
