Operation Supervisor

Overview

Job Title: Fulfillment Operation Supervisor
Location: Sharjah
Salary Range: 4,000-6,000 AED
Probation Period: 6 months

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily management of the warehouse;
2. Responsible for the daily Inbound and Outbound control of warehouse goods;
3. Manage all kinds of documents provided by suppliers/customers as required and keep them on file;
4. Supervise the implementation of various management systems, check and review the work progress of employees, responsible for the staff attendance and performance assessment;
5. Responsible for the warehousing statistics, monthly inventory, to ensure that the figures are consistent with the physical;
6. Arrange the cargo location reasonably, make it clean, clear, easy to operate and easy to identify;
7. Improve the utilization rate of warehouse resources;
9. Optimize the system of the operations;
10. Coordinate with other departments;

Basic job requirements:

1. More than 3 years of logistics, warehousing, fulfillment related field management experience, with warehouse experience is preferred;
3. Strong ability of planning group, plan implementation ability, execution ability and anti-pressure ability;
4. Good communication and coordination skills, proficient in computer use, familiar with office software;
5. Familiar with logistics, warehousing business process, familiar with the fulfillment management system;
