Job Description

The role is responsible for ensuring that payroll time & attendance data is collected on a timely manner by co-ordinating with multiple BU’s in order to submit it to the Payroll Consultant for processing of payrolls within the deadlines.

Strategic: RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The role requires understanding of Shared Services from the Group perspective and some basic understanding of business issues and for some business units for which the incumbent may be responsible to manage the monthly payroll processes.

Operational:

  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are gathered efficiently
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, and reporting
  • Resolving payroll time & attendance discrepancies
  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Maintaining the HR systems and employee records as necessary
  • Inputting data in system related to leave management.
  • Collecting of time sheets and overtime (OT) from multiple sites / projects/ offices.
  • EOS documents checklist validation

People Management:

  • Collaborate with BU operations for time & attendance, leave management, with BU finance for recoveries/payments.

Product/Process Improvement:

  • Should be work oriented, focused and maintain high level of data accuracy.

Qualifications: Education & Certifications:

  • PREFERRED :
  • MINIMUM : Bachelor’s degree, advanced excel and reporting skills, good with numbers.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Experience with any HRMS systems.
  • Good communication skills using English language (written and oral) will be a huge advantage.

Experience

  • At least 3+ years of experience as a payroll coordinator or similar role for over 1,000-2000 individuals. Knowledge of HR procedures, policies and Labor Laws of UAE would be advantageous.
