Key Responsibilities
- Review analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations.
- Working closely with Fintel team to prepare yearly forecast revenue and also assist in yearly budgeting exercise.
- Managing the External Auditor relationship, ensuring KATIM’s is compliant with accounting standards.
- Ensure to recognize revenue based IFRS 15 for all projects.
- Monthly submission of Project profitability report to the management.
- Ensures all financial activities and requirements relating to project close-outs are carried out in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper recording of Purchase and Sales transaction according to UAE VAT law.
- Ensure to generate timely customer invoices as well as also to collect receivable on time.
- Monitor all collection activities and develop processes to improve cash flow and downsize receivables.
- Lead performance discussions against agreed objectives, align with team on development goals, career paths etc.
- Coach, mentor, and develops a team of accountants, Senior Accountant and Chief Accountants, helping them creatively customize successful strategies to drive individual and team results and oversee process improvement initiatives.
- Track performance of the function and team, and regularly communicate activity and results and monitor task and responsibilities of the team.
- Establishes operational objectives for the department including workforce planning and assignment of resources and create areas of accountability for each segment
- Provides guidance, facilitation to line manager and talent acquisition team to recruit, identify, select, onboard, and retain highly skilled and diverse candidates in finance team.
- Nurtures a culture of service, credibility and partnership
Experience And Education Qualification
- Chartered Accountant, CIMA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent degree / MBA in Finance
- Minimum 10 years of Experience in Finance and Accounting Field. IT Industry experience is plus, Minimum 2 years of Experience as Manager.

- Ability to work collaboratively with others to meet deadlines
- Advance Excel knowledge with excellent Reporting Skills
- Experience of working in ERP environments
