Overview
Responsibilities:
- CA who can lead and mentor Finance Business Partners across all finance verticals.
- Controllership for the BU within the group and act as SPOC for all engagements with shared services partners.
- Oversee the end-to-end finance function and manage overall P&L.
- Ensure tax compliance and timely filing of returns.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and ensure budget alignment.
- Oversee daily financial operations (AP, AR, GL) while ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate monthly book closing activities and financial reporting.
- Conduct in-depth P&L analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
- Play a crucial role in the annual budgeting process in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive a culture of automation and implement business process improvements.
- Lead strategic ERP implementation and other critical projects
