Overview

As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for cost control, profitability analysis, KPI reporting, and partnering with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounting reports
  • Profitability and cost analysis by department and project
  • Design and analysis of financial KPIs and performance metrics
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
  • Improving internal financial processes and driving data visibility projects
  • Coordinate with internal accounting team for tax compliance (Candidates capable of independently managing tax matters are also encouraged to apply).
  • Bank Initiation and Transaction Management
  • Internal Bookkeeping -Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for internal accounting purposes.
  • Invoicing & Receivables Management-Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process and ensure timely collections to maintain a healthy receivables position.
  • Expense & Procurement Management-Review and process expenses and purchase requests in line with internal policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Payroll & WPS Compliance- Coordinate payroll processing in accordance with UAE WPS requirements and ensure accurate employee payments and records.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Taxation-Ensure compliance with VAT, CIT, and regulatory frameworks such as ESR, UBO, and AML through accurate filings and record keeping.
  • Audit Preparation & Support-Maintain audit-ready records and assist in preparing documentation and responding to audit queries promptly.
  • Financial Systems & Automation-Utilize ERP systems and drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and data visibility in financial processes.
  • Internal Collaboration & Business Partnering- Partner with internal teams to provide financial insights, ensure goal alignment, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Strategic Finance Support & Special Projects-Support senior management with financial modeling, tax planning, and execution of special financial projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in management accounting, corporate planning, or FP&A
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for financial analysis
  • Business-level cross border communication skills (for working with multinational enterprises clients)
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Someone who can combine financial expertise with business acumen
  • Proactive and data-driven, with the ability to support high-speed decision-making
  • US CMA certification (Certified Management Accountant) or equivalent knowledge

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP, NetSuite, etc.
  • Experience in multi-entity/multi-currency financial operations

  • Proficiency in Arabic will be a added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations, especially in relation to company licensing, visa processes, and government documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other office productivity tools.
  • Experience with the government portal is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage compliance requirements.
