Position: Junior Finance Officer

Location: Dubai

GoDoCM (SCA regulated) international brokerage firm is looking for unior Finance Officer to join our Finance Team.

The ideal candidate is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on all transaction-related activities within the forex company. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, including client deposits and withdrawals, while complying with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years in a finance or operations role, preferably within the forex or financial services industry.
  • Experience with transaction processing and financial reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review and process client deposits and withdrawals promptly.
  • Analyze transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for process improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on transaction activities, including volume, value, and trends.
  • Assist with daily reconciliations of transaction records against bank statements and internal systems.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in transaction records.
  • Generate regular reports on transaction metrics and provide insights to management.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
  • Liaise with compliance and risk management teams to address potential issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software; familiarity with trading platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
